PAVING & PATIO CLEANS
Over time drives & patios can look tired and dirty. We use an industrial pressure washer to clean the surfaces and remove the organic growth.
Occasionally stubborn stains such as Lichen (Black spot) can remain visible on the slabs. A licensed Biocide can be applied to kill the Lichen which will fade away over time with natural weather cycles. Extremely stubborn stains can be removed with a licensed oxidiser.
Once a block paved driveway has been thoroughly cleaned and left to dry, we then brush in Kiln dried sand into the joints. This is an integral part of the cleaning process. If sand is not replaced then this can lead to the blocks moving and sinking, it will also speed up the return of the organic growth.
A sealant can also be applied to the surface. The sealant can be in Mat, Silk or Gloss finish.
TARMAC CLEAN AND RESTORATION
Tarmac tends to loose its colour over time and quite often gets covered in Moss. We can gently clean your tarmac drive and apply a Biocide to kill off any remaining spores to stop the moss returning. A coat of Tarmaseal can be applied to make your drive look like new again.
RENDER CLEAN & TREATMENT
Coloured render eventually becomes impregnated with Biofilm, making the render look dirty. Biofilm is a combination of bacteria & other microorganisms. Render should never be pressure washed, as this can damage the integrity of the render. A softwash approach is the only correct way to clean and treat render.
