ROOF CLEAR & TREATMENT

Roof clears are carried out without damaging, aggressive pressure washing! We use specialised roof tile blades that fit the exact contours of the roof tiles to remove the build up of organic growth. We work using our own scaffold towers, so there is no need for scaffolding all around your property for days at a time. Once the moss has been removed, we then apply a professional, high-strength concentrated cleaner and surface biocide - as seen above.  The Biocide removes algae, mould, lichen, biofilm and grime. It continues to clean the roof tiles over the oncoming months and prevents regrowth for up to five years!

We only use the best, label compliant biocides available. There are many products out there, but we know what works! We do not use products that contain bleach or ammonia on your roof tiles, as these can damage parts of your property. 

The cleansing process takes between three and six months but occasionally up to twelve months before maximum results are achieved. You will see the roof tiles gradually returning to their original colour during this time. The biocide we use is also an inhibiter - meaning it prevents the return of organic growth for up to five years!

What we don't do...

-We don't pressure wash roof tiles!

Many companies use this method for roof tile cleaning.  The high pressure water can crack tiles easily, as well as removing the granular coating (protective layer) of the tile, leaving it porous and at risk of taking in water and cracking

-We don't use sodium hypochlorite on roofs
