Paving & patio cleaning

Drives and patios get tired and dirty over time. We use an industrial pressure washer to lift organic growth off the surface, then deal with what's left.

Stubborn lichen (black spot) often stays visible on slabs after washing. We apply a licensed biocide to kill it — the marks then fade with natural weather cycles. For very deep staining, a licensed oxidiser will lift it.

On block paving, once everything's clean and dry we brush kiln-dried sand back into the joints. That step matters: skip it and the blocks shift, sink, and re-grow weeds far faster.

If you want a sealant, we can apply one in matt, silk or gloss finish.

Tarmac clean & restoration

Tarmac loses colour and picks up moss with age. We clean it gently, apply biocide to kill remaining spores, and — if you want the drive looking new again — finish with a coat of Tarmaseal.

Render clean & treatment

Coloured render gets impregnated with biofilm — a mix of bacteria and microorganisms — which makes it look dirty long before it's worn. Render should never be pressure washed; it damages the integrity of the coating. Softwash is the only correct way to clean and treat it.

Other external surfaces

If it's outside and it's gone green, grey or grimy, ask. We clean a wide range of hard external surfaces using whichever method is right for the substrate.
